1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed or started.
• Refunds are not applicable once video content is viewed or downloaded.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Cancellations

Course subscriptions cannot be canceled once purchased. For accidental payments, contact support immediately.
